Terms of Use
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These terms apply to cashofferteam.com and the Cash Offer Team service, operated by Direct Marketing Media, Inc., a South Carolina corporation ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
What the service is
Cash Offer Team is a free service that connects people who want to sell a house with independent cash home buyers. We do not buy property. We are not a real estate broker, agent, appraiser, lender or attorney, and we don't represent you or any buyer. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.
Offers come from buyers, not from us
Any offer you get comes from an independent buyer, who sets its own price and terms. We don't promise that any buyer will contact you, make an offer, or pay a particular price or close by a particular date. You are never required to accept an offer. Any sale is between you and the buyer, under the purchase agreement you sign with them. Read it carefully, and consider getting your own legal or real estate advice before you sign.
Your information and contact
You agree that the information you give us is true and that you own the property or are allowed to act for the owner. If you agree on the form, the companies named there may call, text and email you as described. See our Privacy Policy and partner list.
Using the site
Don't misuse the site: no false requests, no requests about property you have no right to sell, no automated scraping, and nothing that interferes with how the site works. The site's content and design belong to us.
No warranties
The site and service are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Market figures on the site come from the public sources named next to them and may be out of date.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for anything a buyer or other third party does or doesn't do. Our total liability for any claim about the site or service is limited to $100.
Disputes and arbitration
Any dispute between you and us will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Consumer Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association in Charleston, South Carolina, on an individual basis. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead.
Governing law
South Carolina law governs these terms. Any dispute that isn't arbitrated will be heard in the courts of Charleston County, South Carolina.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
